Where I am now

I'm currently a Product Lead at PNC Federal Solutions, where I manage design and product work on the Centralized Receivables Service portal — a federal platform used by the Bureau of Fiscal Service. Before that, I was at the Library of Congress, where I led UX for the U.S. Copyright Office's external registration system.

About me

I'm a UX and product leader with two decades of experience turning complex processes into clear, usable digital experiences. I've worked across government, nonprofits, cultural institutions, and the private sector — from the U.S. Copyright Office at the Library of Congress to the United Nations to Capital One.

My work lives at the intersection of user research, product strategy, and information design. I care especially about digital services in public institutions, where good design can make government and culture more accessible to everyone.

I hold a B.A. in Art History and an M.S. in Library & Information Science, and I'm also a trained chef. When I'm not at a computer, I'm usually in a kitchen, a library, or a museum.

Based in Brooklyn, NY.

Approach

Driven by curiosity, I help project teams understand a problem space, build high-quality deliverables and align on a shared mission.

Understand

A thoughtful listener, I use a variety of methods to uncover project requirements, user needs and strategic goals. This includes design thinking tools, user interviews, desk research, competitive analysis, and facilitating stakeholder workshops.

Build

As a hands-on practitioner, I develop process flows, user archetypes and journey maps to guide the development of wireframes, prototypes and designs. I’m a fan of iterative testing throughout the build process to gauge ideas and gather feedback.

Lead

A steadfast leader, I value transparent working relationships anchored in trust. I encourage open communication and a collaborative approach to stay strategically aligned and get things done.
